The carcass weight (including bones) is approximately 18-22 kg.
Small livestock sacrifices can be vacuum-packed with or without bones (for an additional €1) upon request.
Slaughtering is carried out after payment is completed.
The slaughter video is provided to the owner.
All meat types, including minced meat, are individually labeled.
After packaging, the meat is frozen and transported using a -18°C cold chain.
If 50 small livestock are slaughtered, the meat is expressly transported at +1°C.
Note: The organization of a VACİP sacrifice must be completed at least 2 months before the holiday.
