Naturally Raised Chicken

Naturally raised on a pasture farm. No additional food supplements.

  • A shock-free halal slaughter (hand slaughter) is performed at 2 or 4 months of age.
  • Chickens are sold frozen, either whole or cut into parts.
  • The meat of a natural chicken is not white… its skin is yellow, the breast meat is pink, and the leg meat is light red.
  • 2-month-old chickens (young chickens) weigh approximately 650-700 g.
  • 4-month-old chickens can weigh up to 1.5-2 kg at most.

Our cooking recommendations:

  • After thawing the whole chicken, the legs, wings, and breast can be separated with a knife and cooked in a pressure cooker with enough water and salt over medium heat for 30 minutes.
  • Chicken broth can be used to make rice dishes and soups.
  • Can be roasted whole in the oven.
  • Natural chicken has a very high protein value and a digestibility rate of 91-100%.
